About the Photographer:
I have had a camera in my hands since I was about 10 years old, starting with a Kodak Brownie. Through the years I have used a Yashica Mat-124, a Minolta SRT-101, a Sony digital, a Nikon N90S, a Nikon D70, and now a Nikon D200. With all of those differnt cameras I didn't get serious until after my wife was killed in June, 2002, and I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in January, 2004. My mission now is to show the world as many positive images of Africa, its peoples, landscapes, and daily life as I can.
