Welcome at the FotoShoppersParadise club.

I started this club to provide a place where foto retouching can be discussed and exercised without burdening other clubs with of-topic posts and workshops.

I hope the real experts will come by often to teach and guide the fine art of foto retouching.

The intention is to setup a help system where the experts can add techniques etc. in the form of a tutorial blog for all to enjoy and use.

Well - I think it's up to the members of the other clubs to decide when a retouch becomes off-topic - how that's decided... that's what the forums are for.

Here in fotoshopparadise - I hope that here we can take things to extremes.

The logo is very cool - I hope that here we see people letting their hair down and trying out the effects, and manipulations leading us into the area of digital art... does this match with your intentions?

Yes, i hope this will become the place where everybody comes with their retouching questions, so that the questions and answers are kept in one place.

We need some retouching experts to get this into action. Time will tell....

Could you edtit the Welcome post , an e is missing ......

It might be nice to have the possibility of transfering / copying a post from another forum to  here after consent of the OP if this workshop/thread has interesting retouching content ???

It's always fine to quote and link - even to other websites - forms part of fair use and fundemental to the way the net works.

"e" - added...

Missing feature is to allow club admins to be moderators on the club forum.

Jackie,
The collage for a Closer View of Nature was made Elements using layers. I believe 9 in total.
The botton layer is the purple sky (layer #1).  Each image is it's own layer (layers # 2-9) and they are placed on top of layer #1.
Hope this helps.  If not ask away,
Camille
