Batch upload - EXIF info

Uploading into the foto pool is rather tedious one by one, batch upload would be great.

During the upload the EXIF info gets stripped from the image. I use a browser extension to view ALL the EXIF info from a foto, and it would be great if the EXIF info wasn't deleted during the upload.

Thanks for the feedback - I'm looking for a good way for bulk uploads - becomes key for people building galleries rather than clubs.

I deliberately strip the exif - saves ~20K per photo - which is 10% on the largest and 50% on the small versions photos - but the exif is kept in a database and I'll be adding a viewer for the full exif data soon. In an unlimited space everyone on broadband world I'd keep it in the photos - one of the comprimises I've had to make along the way.

It really  would be nice to have a bulk uploader.  We could do a lot more with the time we have on line if we werent playing and waiting for pictures to upload.   Good luck on the search for one that will work for us. It would be greatly appreciated.    : )

If it's just a case of waiting for uploads... click "add image" on the image pool a number of times - you get a number of popups to fill, upload, fill, hit upload... not perfect but quicker than 1 by 1.
