| Where on earth did you find it? Nice though - works in a small format which is important. [Edited: 11:54 - Ali ] | ||

| It's the Pig Shrine in Bangkok - over near Wat Phra Kaew and Wat Po. Seems like there was a Thai princess or queen (forget which) that greatly admired pigs. It's just an open air statue near a klong. Gets some attention from the locals - usually fresh flowers. The background was a bit messy (power lines, etc.) so I replace it with fake clouds - will try later to get the 'glow' more behind his head. Messed with the eye to make it blank. What would be great is to have someone paste on some dark glasses (beyond my current skill level). | ||

| I'd love to put some glasses on him, but I don't have any suitable images to hand - I even looked over Bobs TE portfolio in the hope I might snare something, but all I found were cooked dogs ;) | ||

Not sure if this is suitable - but it's me so feel free to use... if not suitable... what would work?![]() | ||

| That would be useful, can you email me a larger copy - or post me a link? Thanks :) | ||

| > but all I found were cooked dogs ;) Nice - will Bob be starting a "cooked pets" club at some point? | ||

| If we don't limit it to pets I can do dogs, pigs, chickens, goats, .... Then there's the Raw Meat Club.... | ||

| Any chance of a static logo? (Aside: I'll think about something more sophisticated for future work...) | ||

| Switched out for a 5 sec. GIF version. (I'm having fun learning how to do GIFs.) I can see a 'no GIFs' policy for the Clubs page and more flexibility on the individual Club Homepage. | ||

| One thing to keep in mind is that the logo is now 500+kbs... slow on dialup. | ||

| Good point. Maybe GIF logos are nogos? | ||

| Your club ;) - if you want a 500kb flashy animated gif - your call, my opinion is - go for the pig with the shades... jpg. | ||

| I'm thinking no GIFs on the Clubs page. Seems like they are going to be too 'busy' and too hard on dialup folks. How about a rotating logo file? Too hard to implement? If not, drop GIFs and allow a club 'logo image pool'. One of the pigs is mine, one Adrian's, and I can see other people contributing versions. I think it would be fun to have the display change from time to time. (And I don't want the responsibility of choosing whose version to display. ;o) (Not a real high priority. But stopping GIFs before they get out of hand might be. It's easier to give new than to take away old.) | ||
