Pretty earings.  What I find that I do not like about this picture is the herring bone fabric as a background.  I would have gone with a solid (most likely dark) color as to not distract from the subject.

I agree about the background.  I used that one because the grey colour doesn\'t throw of the light meter in my camera.  My intention was to do some cropping as part of the post processing.  I\'ve done two really quick versions--I think this one is my favourite, but the next one is interesting too!

Tannis,
I like revision 1 the best.  Not only does it benefit from the reflection but posseses the optical illusion that the reflection is actually part of the earring itself.  Very cool.
