Focused on Learning [club=12]

This club needs a better name and sub-title! It also needs to have its aims refined and defined, the below is only intended as a starter.

Each month there is a theme: the members' job is then to go out and shoot the best photo they can on that theme, drag it into the club house and hold it up for everyone to see. Other members will then critique the photo and enhance it where they can. Discussion should focus on its merits as; a photo, work of art and how well the image fits the theme.

• one workshop per month
• multiple photos per member
• one topic as agreed by consensus in the forum

One calendar month to complete the whole loop and start again: 3 weeks to shoot and fix up, posting to the club on 22nd of the month. The remainder of the month is for collecting feedback, deciding on the next month's topic and for stragglers to post. If it doesn't work we'll tweak or scrap it and try again...
