Photographers Note:
There seems to be a lot of pixelisation around the sun. It was a beautiful evening in July 2004 and I liked the silhouette like structures of the people on the bridge.

Tried to upload an edit, but I'm getting a "Fatal error" message.

Like the shot but think the bottom is distracting.  Try a crop at the bottom of the bridge.  Then chop the left end off the levels so that you get better (blacker) silhouettes.

Timing might have been better to wait until the people were further to the left, if possible.   Use the figures to bracket the sun.  Or have them walking out of the frame.  End of the day....

Things don't seem to be working well on this one! Here's my crop hopefully bringing the bridge and people more into it.

Hey!  How did you get that to load?

I've been trying for days and keep getting the 'fatal error' message.

Bob: Perhaps clear your temporary internet files and cookies; sometimes that'll help if the problem is your end rather than server side... Did you post the blue church revision here, or is that a glitch?

The 'blue church' post was a frustration post.  I've tried uploading multiple versions of my revision of the original bridge shot.  When the church revision uploaded for the church photo I tried it here.

I'm not sure what to think.  It's not the site - the church revision uploaded on the church thread.  It's not the thread - the church revision uploaded on this thread.

I can't see why something would be wrong with the original that I downloaded as I can open it in editor, tweak, and save the edited version.  And I've made a couple of edits from the original and neither would load here.  I've also checked the file size.

When I try to upload a revision to this thread I get "Fatal error: Call to undefined function graphics_upload_no_alter() in /var/www/jeber.com/html/libs/jeber/image.inc on line 756".  I sent a message to Ali but he hasn't replied.

Other things to try then:

Upload a different sized image say +1px all around, that message looks like you've triggered expert mode, but there's something unusual about your file that's causing Jeber to trip up.

Try renaming it; maybe you can only upload the same filename once in a thread...

I suspect one or the other will fix it.

OK, renamed it to "New Name", tried an upload and got the Fatal Error.

Resized it from 800 wide to 801 wide and it loaded.

I upload all my (horizontal) images 800 wide.  Revisions can't be?

BTW, notice the numbering of the Revisions?  Lots of failed attempts apparently.

OK, just tried it with a JPEG of your dead sheep at 800px; that failed too. I get the exact same error message you did.

In the interim just crop a px off, or add a thin frame.

OK, think we've got the bug cornered.

I'll post a warning on the forum and send the info to Ali.

Gracious for your assistance.
