Great shot.  I know it's a nitpic, but I cropped that blurry patch out of the bottom left, and tightened the crop slightly on the left and right.  Looks like a beautiful city.

You might try cloning out those odd couple of light spots in the black brush area on the bottom left as well.

See what you mean about the lights in the bushes. I'll have to remeber to take my tripodd with me next time. This photo was taken whilst resting on a fence, that was the blur in the corner.

You've got some nice "Photos of Australian cities at dusk" collection going. Most of them are pretty good with some minor PP required to get rid of annoying fences/lights etc.

I like this one a lot - your timing was perfect, you've captured the lit-up buildings whilst maintaining sky colour - and the road trails are a nice lead through too. Very nicely done!

Your R3 is the version IMO.
