If she were the main focus, it would draw me into the photo more. Try a B&W with some heavy contrasting shadows to illuminate her, the spotlight and the background setting. I think this would take away some of the little distractions like the wood's grain and the stage. | |||||||||||||||||||||

Thinking about it, small sensor camera (lots of DOF), good deal of distance from your subject, and 1/20th shutter speed suggests motion blur. But try some sharpening anyway. | |||||||||||||||||||||
