Taken at the zoo on Sunday. I had some other shots of the giraffe licking its lips, but a nasty looking fence behind it... might try some photoshop work on it.

Nice shot.  Good tight framing and interesting expression.

I tried a couple of things.  First I looked at the histogram and saw that the curve stopped short of the left edge, so I dragged it out to make the "blacks" blacker.

Then I used the sharpen tool to put a little life into the frame-right eye.  Then I used a bit of Unsharp mask on the entire frame to increase the details.

Thanks Bob,
I like the changes you made. It was taken in fairly harsh light which made the giraffe look rather flat and dull.
