Taken at Talat Sao - morning market in Vientiane, Laos.

I think she had a hot date later that day.

In addition to catching a good moment you caught the essence of a Lao market, the apples from China, dragon fruit and the ever-present plastic bag.

Here's what it would look like cropped a bit.  (I also checked the histogram, pulled the white point down, and sharpened.)

Mirror now mirrow.
The tighter crop does work better, it makes the woman more central to the photo rather than being lost amongst her produce.

Actually I think it works both ways.  The original is more "market", the crop makes the woman more of the subject.

One of the things that I find extremely valuable about sites such as this is that you get to revisit your images through the eyes of others.  I appreciate seeing other versions of my work, even if I don't care for the new version.  It helps free up my thinking.
