I Love this photo.  It completely jumps out with intriguing interest.  The simplicity, the depth of a culture and the rootedness within the art of the subject.  Albeit, without a title or explanation, the guess at the exact location of where the photo was taken would be wrong, but we all know the culture from which it originated.  Again, beautiful colors, simple--and the lighting with the contrasts are superb.  Equally, color or B&W would work.

This brings back fond memories of finding bakeries in Vietnam... Certainly the French taught them a valuable skill, there are many bakeries in Australia owned by Vietnamese and Lao people.

I like the angle and composition of this photo.
