Interesting shot.  I feel like I'm a voyeur catching a glimpse of the Buddha during a moment of privacy.  I like it.

I think he stole off to Nirvana quite publicly.  But I see your point.

I wish you had used a smaller aperture for this one and left the marigolds a bit more in focus.  This much out of focus might have worked if they weren't such a major part of the frame and/or if there was more of a continuum from the OOF foreground to the focuses part of the frame.

conversely, i like the oof marigolds. draws attention to the buddha.
