I love the colours in this photo, shame the sky is so bright. Otherwise the earthy tones and the pale blue windows make this a nice shot IMO.

Looking at the photo with the sky, it would have been nice if a patch of clouds blew in overhead to bring in some detail with the brick and buildings.  Oh well, so it is working with Nature.  She's not very responsive to personal demands...

I sampled your sky and got 255,255,255 which says "Blow Out" to me.   ;o)

I've uploaded a version where I simply selected the white and replaced it with a light gray.  Nothing like a quality job, just something to give you food for thought.

It's a striking picture and you might want to 'make' a sky for it unless you prefer the white.  Shooting a decent sky separately and replacing what you've got is one approach.

Awesome advice.  Thanks Bob.  Likewise, today I was out around Paris under drab skies.  I played more with bracketing and caught some interesting shots that would have otherwise passed through another lense.  Bracketing... color play.  I'm likin' it.
