Buddhas in the teaching position sit in rows at Boddhi-tataung, a massive "Buddha park" in northwest Myanmar.

This is one of the images that I used for a short piece on Temple Carvers

Corrugated roof is distracting, there are clearly some bits which are overgrown, so I'd try and use those as background. I also wonder whether a vertical composition would have helped? Actually perhaps simply a tighter crop - some off the top and some from the right... Fascinating stuff though - I'd love to have something like this to play with locally ;)

I'm thinking about cropping the right hand side off.... i'd do it except i'm trying to process my latest shoot from this morning........ Just getting into RAW which can be very time consuming.

I did the deed.  I also cropped a bit off the left to bring the foremost statue tightly into the corner.  And darkened/blurred the corrugated tin roof a bit.

I'm planning on making my way back there in a year or two.  Hopefully with a lot more skills....  ;o)

Yes i think that works for me...
although i prefered the roiginal contrast/brightness....

I think given the proximity of Asia to me i should visit there more often. Love to do a big overland trip from Singpore to Kathmandu or Delhi.
