I'm a sucker for flower shots, and this is no exception :) Be careful with your exposure, there are a few patches of overexposure here - particularly in the flowers on the right (remember check the histogram). The lighting is nicer here though, it's more directional. Focus is spot on, although again I think you might have benefitted from getting in closer. Also wondering about the blue spots in the top right - they're a bit distracting IMO. I think I might have tried for more DOF, you certainly weren't at the limits with the shutter speed here - why 1/1500th @ ISO400? I'd be at ISO100 with a far narrower aperture myself I think, particularly considering the fact it's a 35mm... Still for 20$ you really can't complain :D | |||||||||||||||||||||
