| Peter A (Peter) Msg: #2 July 31st 2006 14:18:36 | When I tried sharpening this image, it got really, really noisy. This is a crop of a larger edition...The angle I wanted to get this shot from included a big, distracting beam that I cut out. That increased the noise level tot he point where I couldnt really sharpen this any more. I think the 3 second exposure accounts for the blurryness. I really like this shot, but it was very dark in the airport and the flash on my camera would have spoiled it. but yea...I would like to have captured it a little more truely. It was a very cool scene in a resturant area | |||||||||||||||||||||

| Peter A (Peter) Msg: #4 July 31st 2006 17:55:29 | no clue about the ISO...i took this one at ISO200 (as opposed to my usual ISO50), as well as all the other airport shots taken in the dark (there's maybe one at 400), to avoide excessive noise in the end. your cloning really sharpens the presentation and puts the emphasis squarely on the subject as opposed to the distractions in the background. | |||||||||||||||||||||
