This one jumped off the screen at me.  I really like the vent silhouette (sic?) and think it is well placed in the shot.  I also like the window grid and the dirtiness of the glass.  I think the vent is heavy enough to where if you brightened the leaves and brought out some nice, bold greens, it wouldn't detract from the shot at all.  You might also try a crop on the left side, and take that solid black part of the window out.  Then the vent would just sort of be suspended with no clear anchor.  I'll work on a repost of it.

Thanks for all that.  Your crop suggested something else to me.  Let's look at a crop that evens out the top/left and right/bottom area thus making things a bit more 'regular'.

I like the square crop a lot.  It emphasizes the square of the vent and presents it in a more pleasing way I think.
