The 'bright white' of the onlooker's T-shirt is a bit distracting. You might try pulling it down a bit. It really isn't important (a critical element?) IMO. And you might try slightly blurring/darkening the area behind the guy in shorts to make him stand out a bit more from the background. (The white spot on the dark T-shirt? Clone it away.)
