I like this picture - it takes you right into the action.  Good tight framing.  B&W works well.

The Tide box in the background is a nice touch.

The 'bright white' of the onlooker's T-shirt is a bit distracting.  You might try pulling it down a bit.  It really isn't important (a critical element?) IMO.

And you might try slightly blurring/darkening the area behind the guy in shorts to make him stand out a bit more from the background.

(The white spot on the dark T-shirt?  Clone it away.)

Just some thoughts.

Well we know who's Tide it is now :)

I'm curious to see how this shot was in colour - I know the coke and the Tide will both be bright - but the colours on the board, bike...
