I took a series like this  whilst sheltering from the rain in the vicinity of Angkor Wat on my first day in Siem Reap. The weather couldn't dampen these kids enthusiasm.

Great photo.  Nice timing on capturing the dive.  I don't really have any suggestions, except maybe a little cropping to focus more on the activity.  I little brightening might be nice too, but I haven't figured out how to do that with the Portable Gimp yet.

I think Brian was on the right track.  Cropping down will make your subjects more dominate.  (The old "If a picture doesn't grab you, you weren't close enough."  Was that Capa?)

Here's another cropped version.  I like the onlookers.  That adds a bit more to the 'story' - the little guys watching the big guys.

I used the Shadow/Highlight tool and sharpened to bring out a bit detail.
