Almost hard to look at it on the monitor. ;o) I think you did a good job with framing, good strong elements on the left to set off the sun and a nice open area on the right. And you caught a very good moment. Works for me. I cropped down a bit to give the picture more of a panoramic feel. I cloned out that spec of a bird. And I sharpened. You should be able to see crisper edges on the tree line. I think you could have had a better picture had you exposed a bit less. I think (not sure) that you would have gotten a stronger silhouette from the forward boat and you would have held the detail in the water better. Good time and place to be bracketing. |
