| Christopher Kean (chriskean1) Msg: #1 April 19th 2006 08:07:05 | It's rare to get that kind of lovely colors and patterns in the water, and still have a sharp enough photo that one can see the boats clearly, etc. Accident or no accident, it's yours and you should be happy. I have cropped the top and taken a little off the left (mainly to remove the block of light at top center--some may find it echoic of the streak below it, but to me it is distracting--and also to put emphasis on the diagonal line of lights starting from the upper middle of the left border). See what you think. CK |

As for the original image, yes I think I was pretty lucky to catch it. The colours are beautiful and I think I managed to keep my hand still enough to get some detail but the blur makes for an interesting shot. Just have to work out how to do this entirely on purpose now! | |||||||||||||||||||||
