It's good.  Not often do I think that shooting straight down the middle works, but this time I think it does.

Try a version where you crop a lot of the sky off the top.  Make the ocean a stronger element.

And I wonder how it would have been had you shot from a lot lower?  That might have given even more depth.  (Just speculating here....)

OK, I don't like my cropping idea.  Decided to give it a try.  But I did increase contrast and sharpen.  That seems to make the pilings stronger elements, IMO.

This is a stunner with a beautiful sense of depth and, oddly, both stasis and motion.  My only suggestion would be to try cropping out (or otherwise removing) the mildly distracting bit of detritus on the left about one-fifth of the way up from the bottom.  Really a lovely shot.
