| Bob Wallace (BobTrips) Msg: #1 March 27th 2006 13:00:44 | Beautiful colors and the palms in silhouette work well. Nicely framed and exposure is good. It's one of those 'wish I were there now' pictures for those of us looking out the window at dirty snow. I tried a few things, first straightened the horizon. Then I cropped to eliminate that bit of intruding palm frond in the upper left and reduce the amount of black at the bottom of the frame. Then I dropped the brightness a bit and increased contrast. I think the last two tweaks make the color richer and create a bit of a 'sheen' on the water. |
