The colours make this very warm-this is reinforced by the round repetitive shapes. It's almost if I could hear them!

I like the shapes and the color, just enough red to make a statement without overpowering.  

But there's something that I don't like about the picture.  I think it might be the gong and mallet handle in the lower left corner.  I think if I had rearranged objects (something that I essentially never do) I would have pulled it out and spread the other items out a bit.

I don't know, I think it's fine. In fact, I didn't even notice the gong and the mallet handle until you mentioned them. You could try cropping, but then you'd lose the other shapes on the far left.
