Thanks for posting a market picture.  I love markets, must have taken hundreds of market shots.  It's interesting seeing the 'same, but different' Egyptian market, mine are Asian.

This shot.  I'd say you've got a problem in the upper right of the frame.  It's "blown out"/overexposed.  Not much you can do about that.  Once an area of pixels has gone totally white there is no way to recover the detail.  Better to underexpose and then lighten the too dark parts of the frame.

When I'm out shooting in conditions such as this I set the exposure value of my camera to -0.6 and then auto bracket my shots.  Often the most underexposed (-1.2 EV) is the most usable.

I posted an edit that crops off the overexposed portion of the frame.  I also boosted the contrast a bit and sharpened.  Just to give you some ideas....
