I love this photo Bob!  The only thing I might change would be to crop some of the sides off (mostly the left side) to fill up more of the frame with the hands.  It's tough though, because at the same time there is a risk of losing too much of the net, and then the photo might not tell the same story.  And cropping out the tool in his hand wouldn't be very good either.

Thanks Tannis,

I agree with you on the cropping dilemma.  I tried a few different versions and settled on this one because it left enough net to 'set the stage' and I liked the touch of green in the upper left.
