It appears quite noisy. I played a bit with a Curves adjustment layer, then ran it through Neat Image.

Neat Image really helps.  But I'm not so sure about lightening.  It might make a better picture but it changes the time of day during which the picture was taken.  

Back to the old "picture or memory" optimization problem.

Regarding the noise....  I am working with a not too good monitor (as I mentioned in another post or two), need to make a change.  

I'm also having some vision problems that seem to stem from my recent wreck.  I visited my eye doc last week and have some considerably stronger lenses on order.  Now that you brought up the noise issue I find that I can see it by getting really close to the monitor and finding the sweet spot in my current lenses.  I suppose I should refrain from photo judgments for a while.
