| Bob Wallace (BobTrips) Msg: #3 October 4th 2005 13:52:11 | I was wandering through a temple complex (wat) and sat on a bench under a tree for a bit of rest. Then I noticed that the tree was a carambola, a star fruit tree. Interestingly no one seemed to be picking the ripe fruit. Made me wonder if fruit growing in a wat is somehow considered 'off limits'. Guess there's another question to research on the next trip. Sure was tempting to pick a few. ;o) | |||||||||||||||||||||
