| Andy Leach (RedAndy) Msg: #1 July 4th 2005 20:11:43 | Sweet shot - you've caught him in that stage between regular guy and demon ( I assume ) character, I like transformation images :) The look on his face says relaxed, confident and focussed, when I look at his eyes he almost seems to be smiling, but looking at his lips he is not... nice. So, onto the picky bit... I'd really like his left hand and what's in it to be fully sharp - that would highlight the movement of his right hand even more. I think I'd also like to see more movement blur on the makeup brush so that it matches his hand better or exceeds it. Perhaps a split second later he would have flicked the brush away from his forehead? | |||||||||||||||||||||
| Camille (cnut) Msg: #2 July 5th 2005 14:29:41 | Bob, Good job. I like the tonal qualities of this shot and the glimpse it provides into the dancers transformation. The warmth of the colors play off of the possible fiend he may become thus compelling me in to take a closer peek. I like the crop and everything about the colors shadows, highlights and his pose. The only pp I would do is sharpen the area of his face that forms the mask just a tad. I tried to do that but it did not work well. | |||||||||||||||||||||
