Photographers Note:
This is the Desolation Wilderness (from here, 6-7 miles to the center right to Emerald Bay, Lake Tahoe), about 9500' elevation.  It's always been a favorite picture, and then I found Blind Pig.

So... I cropped it, "built" a rock and cleaned up some of the shadow.  What can I do with the black splotch in the bottom right without cropping more?

Nice job on the rock Dave! ( Are you sure the rock wasn't there and then you made it black ;-)  I'm not sure about the black splotch, maybe you could try creating some snow and see if that worked? The bit to the left of the created rock you could clone out.

I'm really posting as the horizon looks a little off, a few tweaks clockwise should fix it up.

New rock and snow, yes... Funny, rotating makes it look (to me) like the lake wants to empty out...
