I thought the look of color through the dull granite was a good effect.

Now you've done it - you've gotten me thinking.  With my clone brush, and a fair dose of City Bean Guatemala/Antigua Estate coffee, I removed the graffitti, added the peak of the window (wasn't paying attention when I shot it), straightened and cropped.  I think it's much better than the original.

Ooops, meant to work on the color before I sent the first one.

Showing some real progress here Dave.  I like the life you brought into Rev 2.  It might be just a touch too much 'brightness' for my taste, but better than where you started.

How about the dark shadow in the lower left?  Did you consider cloning it back a bit?

Dave, great picture in picture effect and I like your revision.  I cropped a bit off of the left to remove the black frame from the next window.  I did some cloning to straighten the lower left corner of the window frame and removed what was left of the black in the lower left corner.  I also cloned out the black spot in the upper right hand corner.

Thanks, Bob & Camille.  Yes, perhaps too bright, but it was the first time trying that.  I'm not done with the next revision, but instead of cropping (I liked the window in the center), I cloned out the black on the far left, and it looks like the wall continues.  I can 't decide on the shadow at the bottom left yet... Always manana.. Thanks..

So.... this is more finished. Following Camille (but staying sufficiently behind so I don't bump into her <grin>) I ADDED a stone to the black spot in the upper left, and worked on the shadows on the bottom left and the window bottom.  Guess I'll never be happy <grin>...

If you hit Reply so that you can look at Rev 1 (your original, I believe) and Rev 4 (your latest version) I think you'll see quite an improvement.

Good job Dave.
