OK, you found a good place from which to shoot and good light. But I'd say it's a 'do over'. The tree branches are just too wimpy (IMO) to make a good frame. Think about going back now that there are leaves on the tree and the canopy should give you a good 'top' for your shot.

Also try moving a bit so that the picnic table doesn't show. (I cloned it out.) Also, the city tolerated a bit more sharpening which seems to have given it a bit more punch. The black on the bottom wasn't doing anything for me. But I suspect I went a bit too far with my crop.

I agree - framed with leaves could be great - hope you can take this one again.
