Hi Jackie, Welcome to the Pig.  Nice shot, great color, good focus and exposure.  Lots of depth and I like the way the road sweeps from one side to the other.

I like the idea of using things such as trees to frame an image but I don't think this one works too well, it's too 'weak'.  I played a bit with your picture and 'moved a bit closer to the barn by cloning out the branches and cropping a bit off the bottom.  I also straightened it a bit and cropped down the top to make a pano.  (There wasn't anything of interest for me in the upper sky.  -- Just to give you some ideas.--

Hey Bob, I do like the idea of loosing the dead wood, I was undecided about it. I did cropped it out once but didnt like the idea of loosing the road. I kind of liked the way it came around and made you look at the Amish carriage (small I know) but thats kind of why I left it that way, plus I  wanted to see what someone else would see with this picture.  Thanks for the crop job . It does look nice that way. There is still enough bend in the road, if you will, and now the carriage is a little bigger too.  Cool!  How do you straighten a picture?  Im using elements, I guess I need to get the paperwork out.

Straightening in Elements (PSE) - there are two ways, both under Image -> Rotate.  You can use Custom and move by a particular amount or Free Rotate and grab a corner and drag the frame where you want it.

As for the carriage, it's a nice touch.  Too bad the car didn't scoot on out of the frame before you shot.
