I like this shot.  It's refreshing seeing a flower that's past its prime, it reminds me how the bloom serves to attract the insects that will fertilize the seeds and that the seeds are what are really important.

I tried a couple of things with your shot.  First I cropped away some of the right/top/bottom so that your subject wasn't so 'dead center' of the frame.  Then I darkened the entire image a bit to make it 'richer'.  Finally I sharpened it to bring out more detail.

The only complaint that I have about your shot is that you seem to have overexposed it just a bit.  Look at the white area just above and to the right of the seeds.  There's no detail there (at least on my monitor).  If you had set your exposure just a bit lower that detail should have been present.
